Businesses Success From A Simple Examination

By Joyce

Businesses Success
When an entrepreneur understands the Three Steps to Anything in their business, The Examination, Creating Solutions and Implementation of Solutions, they can begin to identify what is referred to as “pressure points” of business success.

When certain tools, training, and/or technological applications are employed properly to these pressure points, success will come much faster, with fewer costs, and in a scientific and predictable fashion.

The Examination, is the first step. It is also the foundation of the business success process and therefore needs to be done well and thoroughly when ever applied and to whatever situation you are applying it to. No doctor will ever prescribe a medicine without performing an examination, and neither should you. Tinkering with your business can be catastrophic unless you know exactly what to do. So, step back and examine it first.

The Examination is simply, a series of questions. It can and should be used for everything: marketing, presales, sales, customers and clients for life. It can be used in generating a business plan to assessing problems and holes in your process that drains profits. You name it, and the first step is always The Examination. It can be as long, as short, as in depth or as surface applied as you choose it to be. Let the situation or the client dictate. In other words, Examinations can be on a Basic, Intermediate or Advanced level.

Build Skills for each Examination Level. Start with the Basic Level. Questions for the Basic Examination

Start with:
1.What is your number one goal over the next 90 days?
2.What is your biggest obstacle to overcome in achieving it?
3.What is your number one goal over the next 12 months?
4.What is your biggest obstacle to overcome in achieving it?
5.What is your sense of urgency in achieving this goal on a scale of 1 to 10?

Many skilled entrepreneurs can use the answers to this most basic information to formulate solutions to consider. Intermediate Level examination questions take these basic ones and expand on them. Expanding on these basic questions can be something like, what is your number one goal over the next 90 days? What is your sense of urgency in achieving this goal on a scale of 1 to 10? Why is this goal so important? What is your biggest obstacle to overcome in achieving it?

You can also go deeper on all questions as you expand your Examination deeper into depth: what is your number one goal over the next 12 months? What is your sense of urgency in achieving this goal on a scale of 1 to 10? Why is this goal so important? What is your biggest obstacle to overcome in achieving it?

Questions in The Examination phase are most effective when they are simple and to the point. By asking the simple, sometimes obvious questions, and then drilling deeper and deeper into them as you go, you can uncover a wealth of information in solving any business problem you may face.
